What was is the time frame.. I mean this guy went to a club, met this person and was drugged and kidnapped? Was that his girl, his novia that he went to meet in the first place or was this some random criminal that he met in the club?

This is the girl that doped him and kept him down the whole time he was missing..............His real fiancee was not in any way involved........he was just plain unlucky, he went to the bar known as the "Garage" and became a victim almost imediately...........these people are experienced predators always be aware of your surrounding's.........

Gotcha, its a shame that he went out by himself or didnt have any back-up.. When he arrived in S.M. did he wait a day or two to make contact with his fiance' or did he make contact with her and then decided to go out by himself one evening?

I spoke with him quite a bit, pretty decent guy he just got unlucky. We have all been in a bar at one time or another and not kept close tabs on our drink.........shit happens, hopefully this post will help someone out...

It really is an amazing, outrageous story.. I mean going to SM to see your fiance but bypassing her completely to have a one man bachelor party? It looks like he wanted to sow the oats for a few days by himself before taking the plunge.. which is unfortunate because im sure she wouldn't have let him go out by himself and he could STILL have a great time at his bachelor party.

holy crap man that's one lucky guy. lucky to be alive and lucky to have people (strangers even) that cared enough about him to not stop until they found him. any chance of getting the report translated... or a basic breakdown of the story? i mean i guess i can piece it together well enough... guy goes to santa marta to get married, decides to have one last guys night out (by himself), gets scoped and is under the influence of the scopolamine for several days until his money runs out... or the atm card was blocked?

my spanish sucks though so i didn't quite catch how it ended and he got away. something about a phone call to his sister and she heard voices in the background or...??

in anycase i hope the bitch that drugged him is pushing up daisies now. somebody please tell me she met with some swift street justice.
